EKGC AGM 2022
Notice is hereby given that our club Annual General Meeting for the year to 31st October 2022 will be held at East Kilbride Gymnastics Club on Sunday 26th February 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting is open to all members, and it is hoped that a good turnout will be made to support the club.
A full agenda and various reports have been added to this page, please see below.
If you do have anything that needs to be discussed, please send the details 48 hours in advance of the meeting to Chairman@ekgc.org for inclusion on the night. Please note that only agenda items and Notices of Motion received in advance can be discussed at the AGM.
There will, however, be a short question and answer session at the end of the AGM.
