EKGC AGM 2024
Notice is hereby given that our club Annual General Meeting for the year to 31st October 2023 will be held at East Kilbride Gymnastics Club on Sunday 24th March 2024 at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting is open to all members, and it is hoped that a good turnout will be made to support the club.
A full agenda and various reports have been added to this page, please see below.
If you do have anything that needs to be discussed, please send the details 48 hours in advance of the meeting to Chairman@ekgc.org for inclusion on the night. Please note that only agenda items and Notices of Motion received in advance can be discussed at the AGM.
There will, however, be a short question and answer session at the end of the AGM.

10. Constitutional changes proposed, if received 48 hours before the AGM and sent in writing by post or email to chairman@ekgc.org

12. AOCB. Notice of questions should be received in writing by post or email to chairman@ekgc.org
13. Short Q & A session for items not covered by written notices. Responses are not binding on the office bearers.
Our 2022/23 Accounts are current being Audited by CooperAdams and are not yet ready to be shared. Once these are complete these will be shared here.
